Watch Skills (Conversational Monitoring)

Watch skills let you ask status questions in a conversation instead of opening a dashboard. They are strictly read-only: they trigger no assessments, prepare no filings, approve nothing, and log nothing. Ask the General agent a question in a skill’s topic area and the router selects the right skill automatically.

What watch skills will not do

Prepare or submit filings — that is the Rule 37 / Rule 32 filing skills, which remain HITL-gated.
Trigger a compliance re-assessment — statuses are read from the assessed cache; the answer notes when data reflects the last assessment.
Approve or reject anything — decisions live on the Filings and Approvals pages.
Log or edit field events — event logging lives on the Events page.

Notes

Responses are bounded: list answers cap at 20–30 rows and say so (truncated) — narrow your filters rather than paging.
Week-over-week trends report “insufficient history” until enough daily snapshots accrue; they never fabricate a trend.
Flaring volume checks bind to the authorization’s period cap (total MCF for the authorization window), not daily-cap × days.
