Compliance Dashboard
The Compliance Dashboard is your command center for portfolio-wide compliance visibility. It provides a real-time overview of deadlines, compliance status, flaring intelligence, and trend data across all your entities.

Accessing the Dashboard
Click Compliance in the sidebar to open the dashboard. This is the primary landing page for compliance analysts and operations managers.
Summary Cards
At the top of the dashboard, four summary cards give you an at-a-glance view of your portfolio’s health:
| Card | What It Measures | Color When Active |
|---|---|---|
| Overdue | Items that have passed their deadline and require immediate action | Red |
| Due Within 7d | Items due in the next 7 days that need urgent attention | Amber |
| Due Within 30d | Items due in the next 30 days that should be planned for | Blue |
| Anomalies | Detected data anomalies or unexpected compliance patterns | Red (if present), Green (if none) |
Reading the Cards
Each card shows:
- Count — The number of items in that category
- Delta — A change indicator (for example, “+2” with an up arrow means two more than last period). An increase in overdue or anomaly counts is shown in red; a decrease is shown in green.
- Subtext — A brief description like “Immediate action required” or “None detected”
Filtering the Matrix
Click any summary card to filter the compliance matrix below it to show only entities matching that status. Click the same card again to remove the filter.
Entity Compliance Matrix
Below the summary cards, the Entity Compliance Matrix shows every entity in your portfolio as a row, with compliance domains as columns. This is covered in detail on the Compliance Matrix page.
Flare Intelligence
The middle section of the dashboard contains flaring-specific intelligence panels:
Burn Rate Panel
Shows the current burn rate across your portfolio — how quickly you are consuming your permitted flaring allowances.
Active Flare Events
A list of currently active flaring events across your wells, with real-time status indicators.
Repair Obligations
Tracks outstanding repair obligations tied to flaring equipment or infrastructure, helping ensure you meet regulatory repair timelines.
Compliance Charts
The bottom section includes four charts that visualize your compliance data over time:
| Chart | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Deadline Bar Chart | Upcoming deadlines grouped by time period, so you can see the volume of work ahead |
| Compliance Trend Chart | How your overall compliance posture has changed over recent months |
| Filing Status Donut | A breakdown of filing statuses (pending, approved, rejected) as proportions |
| Flaring Volume Chart | Monthly flaring volumes compared to permitted limits |
The charts section can be collapsed by clicking the “Charts” toggle button above them. This is useful when you want to focus on the matrix and summary cards. Your collapse preference is remembered.
Refreshing the Dashboard
Click the Refresh button in the top-right corner of the dashboard header to reload all data. The dashboard fetches live data from the compliance engine each time you refresh or when the page first loads.
Logging Events
The Log Event button in the dashboard header lets you quickly record a compliance-relevant event (such as a field inspection, equipment issue, or regulatory communication) without navigating away from the dashboard.
The compliance dashboard shows data for your current tenant and organization. If you manage operations across multiple basins or districts, the data reflects the scope configured for your account.
