Filing Queue

The Filing Queue (labeled Filings in the sidebar) is where all agent-generated filing packages arrive for human review. Every filing that an AI agent prepares must pass through this queue before it can be submitted to the Railroad Commission of Texas.

Accessing the Filing Queue

Click Filings in the sidebar. The page opens with a list of all filings on the left and a detail view on the right.

Queue Layout

The page is divided into two sections:

Left Side: Filing List

A scrollable list of all filings, showing:

  • Checkpoint type — The kind of review being requested (for example, “Pre-Filing Review,” “Good Cause Review,” or “Emissions Review”)
  • Status badge — Color-coded to show the current state of the filing
  • Agent — Which AI agent generated the filing (for example, “Rule 37 — Spacing Exception” or “Rule 32 — Flaring Exception”)
  • Time in queue — How long the filing has been waiting for review

Right Side: Detail View

When you select a filing from the list, its full details appear on the right. This includes the filing data, agent summary, audit trail, and review actions.

Filing Statuses

StatusColorMeaning
PendingAmberThe filing is waiting for your review. No action has been taken yet.
ApprovedGreenThe filing has been reviewed and approved for submission.
RejectedRedThe filing was rejected and needs to be reworked by the agent.
ModifiedBlueChanges were requested and sent back to the agent.

Priority Indicators

Filings that have been in the queue for an extended period are flagged with colored left borders:

  • Red border — In the queue for more than 72 hours. Requires urgent attention.
  • Amber border — In the queue for more than 24 hours.
  • No border — Recently created, within normal review timeframe.

Filtering the Queue

Use the dropdown filters at the top of the filing list:

Status Filter

  • All statuses
  • Pending
  • Approved
  • Rejected
  • Modified

Checkpoint Type Filter

  • All types
  • Pre-Filing
  • Good Cause
  • Emissions

These filters help you focus on the filings that need your attention most. For example, filter to “Pending” to see only filings awaiting review.

Selecting a Filing

Click any filing in the list to load its details in the right panel. The list item will be highlighted to show which filing you are viewing.

Pending Count

The filing queue header shows the number of pending reviews. For example: “3 pending reviews” or “No pending reviews.” This gives you a quick indicator of your workload without needing to count items.

Refreshing the Queue

Click the Refresh button in the queue header to reload the filing list from the server. This is useful if you expect new filings to have arrived since you last loaded the page.
